Kenya Power Pension Fund (KPPF) provides benefits and pension for all permanent and pensionable employees of Kenya Power, Ketraco and Nupea companies. KPPF is hiring a\u00a0Pension Administration - Intern<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

Under the direct supervision of the Pension Officer the intern will:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Process death in service and death in retirement benefits.<\/li>\n
  • Process requests for funds from the Orphans Trustee Program (OTP)<\/li>\n
  • Capture and update member records and data including from the Nomination of Beneficiaries Forms<\/li>\n
  • Processing of withdrawal benefits, i.e. resignations, dismissals, terminations, deferred, and retirement benefits as well as capturing and updating bank details for these exits.<\/li>\n
  • Printing and issuance of members benefits statements<\/li>\n
  • Responding to customer queries.<\/li>\n
  • Filing of members records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h4>\n

    Education<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Applicants must at the time of application have graduated with Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred areas of studies:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Bachelors Degree or an equivalent in bachelor of science (actuarial science with it) from accredited and recognized institution.<\/li>\n
      • Bachelors Degree or an equivalent in bachelor of business management from accredited and recognized institution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
