HEALTH RECORDS INTERN<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reporting to <\/strong>the ASSISTANT MANAGER, HEALTH RECORDS.<\/p>\n

Purpose: <\/strong><\/p>\n

To glorify God by collecting, organizing store and retrieving records used in diagnosis and treatment.<\/p>\n

Job Duties and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Ensure medical records are assembled in standard order and are accurate and complete<\/li>\n
  • File paperwork and report in patient's charts, ensuring they are complete in an accurate and timely manner<\/li>\n
  • Ensure files are stored in the designated area according to storage procedures<\/li>\n
  • Make booking for outpatient clinics and retrieval of the same, 12 hours in advance, before the appointment date<\/li>\n
  • Deal with all telephone request promptly and courteously<\/li>\n
  • Make sure all medical records are protected and kept confidentially<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Attributes<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor's degree\/Diploma in Health and Medical records Management.<\/li>\n
    • Must demonstrate high integrity and ethical practice<\/li>\n
