Cytonn HR has been retained by Elective Africa to hire a Sales Associate who will play a critical role in driving organizational growth by generating leads, converting prospects into enrolled participants, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about education, travel, and international exposure.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting<\/li>\n
  2. Sales & Conversion<\/li>\n
  3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management<\/li>\n
  4. Market & Program Support<\/li>\n
  5. Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments or placements<\/li>\n
  6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets<\/li>\n
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience<\/li>\n
  8. Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity<\/li>\n
  9. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. Diploma or bachelor\u2019s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field<\/li>\n
    2. Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or client-facing roles<\/li>\n
    3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    4. Familiarity with digital marketing tools\/social media<\/li>\n
    5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
