We are hiring a Quality Analyst Trainee.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

Reporting to the QSHE Manager, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality in all operations and supporting continuous improvement of quality systems at Lesaffre Kenya.<\/p>\n

Your missions will be:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Performing quality control tests on raw materials, packaging materials and final products<\/li>\n
  • Ensuring\u00a0compliance with food safety regulations and company standards<\/li>\n
  • Conducting daily quality assurance inspections and report any deviations<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring and enforcing\u00a0hygiene standards across all departments<\/li>\n
  • Assisting in managing supplier non-conformities and deviations<\/li>\n
  • Supporting the customer\u00a0satisfaction program by tracking issues and ensuring corrective action<\/li>\n
  • Conducting internal quality audits<\/li>\n
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, audits and corrective actions<\/li>\n
  • Supporting the development\u00a0of quality procedures to strengthen quality systems<\/li>\n
  • Assisting in product release for dispatch<\/li>\n
  • Participating\u00a0in pest control activities to maintain a safe production environment<\/li>\n
  • Undertaking\u00a0specific assignments related to Health, Safety and Environment<\/li>\n
  • Preparing\u00a0regular performance and progress reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h4>\n

    Holder of a Bachelor's degree in food science, industrial chemistry or a related field, you have ideally a first experience of 1 year in quality in the food manufacturing industry.<\/p>\n

    Technical skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Ability to identify alternative courses of action when necessary<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, including preparation, handling, and storage of food<\/li>\n
    • Basic knowledge of quality assurance principles<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO standards and workplace safety practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
