The professionals of Andersen Global all over our offices in the world bring diverse backgrounds and expertise with a shared vision of delivering services of the highest standards to our clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tax &amp; Legal Associate<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Job Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in tax dispute resolution, including preparation of documentation and support in representation before relevant appellate bodies<\/li>\n<li>Conduct detailed legal, tax, and business research to support client engagements and address client needs.<\/li>\n<li>Support delivery and coordination of tax compliance and tax advisory services in line with quality and regulatory standards<\/li>\n<li>Assist clients in the management of revenue authority audits and related engagements<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with regulatory and government bodies, including Revenue Authorities, Business Associations, and the National Treasury, on behalf of clients<\/li>\n<li>Participate in tax health check engagements for medium and large clients<\/li>\n<li>Support development and delivery of tax and business-related training initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Assist in identifying business development opportunities and support preparation of proposals and tenders<\/li>\n<li>Participate in client meetings, collate information, and support provision of tax and legal advisory services<\/li>\n<li>Support preparation of reports, presentations, and other client deliverables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Basic Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Advocate of the High Court of Kenya<\/li>\n<li>Current Member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) in good standing<\/li>\n<li>CPA (K) qualification<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years work experience in a professional services firm, or tax advisory environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to communicate complex legal and tax concepts clearly and effectively to clients<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to evolving legal, regulatory, and client requirements<\/li>\n<li>Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across disciplines to deliver integrated advisory solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":657046,"template":"","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_promoted":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_job_salary_unit":"","_job_how_to_apply":"<p>Interested candidates should email their CV, marked <strong>Tax &amp; Legal Associate<\/strong> in the subject line by <strong>14th February, 2026<\/strong>.
