Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n

  • Provide first-line and second-line ICT support to staff and users under supervision.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in monitoring performance and availability of networks, servers, databases, and applications.<\/li>\n
  • Support installation, configuration, patching, and upgrading of ICT systems and end-user devices.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in workstation setup, system access provisioning, and basic network administration.<\/li>\n
  • Support ICT asset management, inventory updates, and documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in routine system maintenance, backups, and health checks.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in enforcing ICT security policies, procedures, and access controls.<\/li>\n
  • Support user account management, password controls, and access reviews under supervision.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in monitoring security events, antivirus updates, and system patch compliance.<\/li>\n
  • Support backup verification, log reviews, and basic incident documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Comply with data protection, confidentiality, and acceptable use requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in structured ICT training, mentorship, and skills development programs.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in documentation of procedures, user guides, and operational manuals.<\/li>\n
  • Support ICT audits, SASRA inspections, and ISO evidence preparation.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in ICT improvement initiatives, automation tasks, and research.<\/li>\n
  • Provide basic user training and awareness on approved ICT systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n

    Academic:<\/strong>
    \nBachelor's degree (completed or recently completed) in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.<\/p>\n

    Desired Work Experience:<\/strong>
    \nFresh graduate from university.<\/p>\n
