Based in Kiambu<\/strong>, you will drive the introduction and sale of new insurance policies, nurture existing client relationships, and capture every prospect and opportunity in the CRM. Prepare sales forecasts, field reports, and market intelligence while safeguarding the organization\u2019s positive image through timely renewals and careful claims documentation.<\/p>\n

Reports to<\/strong>: Sacco Assurance Officer.
\nEmployment terms<\/strong>: 2 years contract.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Marketing and Selling new Policies.<\/li>\n
  • Retain existing and entertain new clients<\/li>\n
  • Tracking all prospects, leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Prepare timely reports of sales forecasts and field activities.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain high customer relationships with our existing customers.<\/li>\n
  • Getting market intelligence on insurance matters.<\/li>\n
  • Analyzing business results with a view to reviewing various strategies and \/or effective control measures.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that the good image of the organization is always enhanced.<\/li>\n
  • Renewal of existing insurance policies<\/li>\n
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.<\/li>\n
  • Claims Handling and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n

    Academic:<\/strong>
    \nHold Diploma in a business-related field, social sciences or equivalent from a recognized university;<\/p>\n

    Professional:
    \n\u2022 Possess the Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance<\/p>\n

    Desired Work Experience:<\/strong>
    \nFresh graduate from university.<\/p>\n
