Reports to<\/strong>: Senior Accountant.
\nEmployment terms<\/strong>: 2 years contract.<\/p>\n

Role Purpose Statement:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Support the finance department by keeping accurate financial records, processing member transactions correctly, and helping ensure the financial health of the SACCO.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Process daily member transactions like deposits, withdrawals reversals and other transactions accurately.<\/li>\n
  • Support with daily and monthly reconciliation of member personal accounts.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare payment vouchers and assist with processing the SACCO\u2019s bills and expenses.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain organized financial files and documents for easy reference and audit.<\/li>\n
  • Follow all SACCO financial policies and procedures carefully.<\/li>\n
  • Any other duties that may be assigned to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n

    Academic:<\/strong>
    \n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree Finance and Accounting option.<\/p>\n

    Professional:<\/strong>
    \n\u2022 CPAK will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n

    Desired Work Experience:<\/strong>
    \nFresh graduate from university.<\/p>\n
