Department<\/strong>: Marketing.
\nReporting to<\/strong>: Branch Manager.
\nLocation<\/strong>: Dimkes DT Sacco Branches.
\nWork Pattern\/Hours<\/strong>: As per the Sacco\u2019s HR Policy-Full time.
\nStart date<\/strong>: Immediately.
\nTerms of Employment<\/strong>: Contract-1-year renewable<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n

Sales & Marketing - 50%<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Customer interviews and interactions both at the Sacco premises and at their premises to understand their needs and offer the right products.<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of customer call reports for all visits made to existing and prospective accounts.<\/li>\n
  • Present customer account opening forms to Customer Service Officer for processing<\/li>\n
  • Tracking of daily sales activity and reporting same to the Branch manager.<\/li>\n
  • Required to open set target accounts, and ensure these accounts are active and of the required minimum share capital as per the Sacco by-laws.<\/li>\n
  • Mobilize BOSA and FOSA deposits as per the set targets.<\/li>\n
  • Generate, qualify leads and source for client's referrals.<\/li>\n
  • Assist the branch manager in preparing sales strategies, proposals and action plans.<\/li>\n
  • Actively participate in Sacco marketing activities as directed by the line manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Business Development & Relationship Management - 50%<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Grow the Sacco Assurance Business by actively marketing and selling products and services to new and existing members.<\/li>\n
    • Regular visits to clients and prospective clients to keep track of their evolving needs and support their growth by offering appropriate products or applicable services.<\/li>\n
    • Participate in members cash collection when called upon.<\/li>\n
    • Cross selling and upselling to increase volume of business from clients to continually grow the business portfolio.<\/li>\n
    • Keep updated changes on Sacco environment, competition and customer's business environment.<\/li>\n
    • Maintain excellent customer experience and grow good client relationships and customer loyalty<\/li>\n
    • Prepare and present sales activities, plans and timely preparation of weekly sales reports.<\/li>\n
    • Respond to member inquiries, concerns and maintain a record of the same.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management<\/li>\n
    • Any other duty delegated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Ideal Job Holder Specifications:<\/h4>\n

      Academic:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Diploma in business related field.<\/li>\n
      • A degree will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Desired Work Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • At least One (1) year working experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
