Job Title: <\/strong>Teller
\nReports to<\/strong>: Branch Manager.
\nLocation<\/strong>: Dimkes DT Sacco Branches.
\nWork Pattern\/Hours<\/strong>: As per the Sacco\u2019s HR Policy-Full time.
\nStart date<\/strong>: Immediately.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Cashiering i.e. Cash and cheque deposits, Loan repayment, withdrawals, Inhouse cheque transfers and cash balancing.<\/li>\n
  • Account opening for new customers as per KYC guidelines.<\/li>\n
  • General customer service.<\/li>\n
  • Loan appraisals in the absence of a credit officer.<\/li>\n
  • Office filing and record keeping.<\/li>\n
  • Marketing Sacco products in and outside the workplace.<\/li>\n
  • Receiving and solving customer complaints.<\/li>\n
  • Ensuring that customer accounts are updated with the necessary details.<\/li>\n
  • Daily journal posting.<\/li>\n
  • Answering calls from customers and ensuring that the caller is fully satisfied.<\/li>\n
  • Compliance with KYC and AML guidelines.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure accurate and timely reports are submitted to the branch manager.<\/li>\n
  • Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Ideal Job Holder Specifications:<\/h4>\n

    Academic:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Degree in business related field.<\/li>\n
    • Professional Certifications an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Desired Work Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • At least Two (2) years\u2019 working experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
