Learn more and apply now!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are a Christian school seeking a qualified Human Resource (HR) Intern to support administrative, clerical, and logistical HR functions, including records management, recruitment support, leave tracking, staff welfare activities, and general HR office operations.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"has-kb-palette-2-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b8ef100a74597a77ff30c995b847c57f\">Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain and organize staff files, including contracts, appraisals, leave forms, certificates and retrieve documents for audits or HR processes.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing recruitment materials and organizing onboarding packages for new employees.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain attendance registers, update leave records and support follow-ups on discrepancies while notifying HR Officers of payroll-related adjustments.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to HR-related queries about policies, procedures, forms and handle document requests under supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Support staff welfare activities, meetings, recognition events and assist in ensuring employee files are complete with compliance notices fully updated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"has-kb-palette-2-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ebe86ad987472f40edc0b56381b44134\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree \/ Diploma in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Membership with IHRM (or similar professional body).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 1 year in HR roles.<\/li>\n<li>Valid certificate of good conduct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills and Attributes<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively with others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":828297,"template":"","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_promoted":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_job_salary_unit":"","_job_how_to_apply":"<p>Send your CV and Cover Letter\u00a0with the subject line being the position applied for.
