This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, payroll support, and HR operations.<\/p>\n<h4>Duties and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing outsourced employees on site and handling all client and employee requests.<\/li>\n<li>Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and participating in interviews for shortlisted candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in handling personnel grievances and other related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating the staff separation processes.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing Staff induction and onboarding programs.<\/li>\n<li>Updating the human resource information systems data.<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking training needs analysis, projections, and developing training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing human resource management policies, regulations, procedures, and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting Payroll processing i.e. overtime and attendance sheets.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the implementation of training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Disseminating internal communication to staff in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Any other duty as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications and Experience<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor\u2019s degree in human resource management or its equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum B+ in K.C.S.E.<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding and practical knowledge of the various employment laws.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent administrative and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NB<\/strong>:\u00a0Fresh Graduates from the years 2024 and 2025 are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":629188,"template":"","meta":{"_seopress_robots_primary_cat":"","_seopress_titles_title":"","_seopress_titles_desc":"","_seopress_robots_index":"","_promoted":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_job_salary_unit":"","_job_how_to_apply":"<p><strong>Closing Date: 25\/02\/2026<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>All applicants are advised to adhere to application guidelines for consideration.
