Indepth Research Institute is looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Success Executive (CSE) to join our growing commercial team in Nairobi.<\/p>\n

This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about Customer Success, Account Management, and B2B Relationships, and who thrive in environments where client engagement, retention, and growth drive real organizational impact.<\/p>\n

As a Customer Success Executive, you will play a strategic role in managing key client relationships across regional and international markets, ensuring satisfaction, delivering value, and identifying opportunities for long-term collaboration and growth.<\/p>\n

You will work closely with decision-makers across sectors while supporting onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives that strengthen our client success strategy.<\/p>\n

We are looking for individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.<\/p>\n

WHAT YOU'LL DO<\/h4>\n

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients<\/li>\n
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth<\/li>\n
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions<\/li>\n
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly<\/li>\n
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKKING FOR<\/h4>\n

    • 2+ years in a customer success or account management role<\/li>\n
    • Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction and retention<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
    • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)<\/li>\n
    • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Procurement, Engineering, Agriculture, GIS, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Bachelor's degree is mandatory<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
