Giving feedback to customers<br \/>\nii. Receiving and responding to clients calls<br \/>\niii. Attending and directing customers and visitors to relevant offices within the Polytechnic.<br \/>\niv. Supporting internal communication effort to keep staff informed and engaged.<br \/>\nV. Assist in maintaining a digital archive of communication materials and media coverage.<\/p>\n<h4>Job Specifications<\/h4>\n<p>i. Bachelor of science in media and digital communication, Mass Communication, Communication Studies, Journalism or Public Relations from a recognized Institution;<br \/>\nii.
