With a network of 12,000+ teammates and facilities across 25+ countries and six continents, we combine global reach with the personalized touch of local service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manufacturing Admin Intern<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities.<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Data Management &amp; MRP Administration\n<ul>\n<li>Capture and process manufacturing data (ASSEMBLIES) in the SAGE MRP system accurately and within agreed timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the system to reflect real-time production status.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain comprehensive manufacturing records and documentation for audit and tracking purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Generate daily and weekly production reports and performance metrics to\u00a0 support decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Manage work orders and production tracking to ensure all jobs are accounted for and closed properly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Inventory Management\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct monthly stock counts and reconciliations to ensure system figures match physical inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the finished goods store operations, ensuring organization, security, and proper handling of materials. Monitoring and Flagging Aged stocks<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate stock records in SAGE, investigating and resolving any variances immediately.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and enforce strict stock control procedures to minimize shrinkage and errors.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate stock movements and transfers between departments or locations efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor stock levels continuously and identify slow-moving or obsolete items for management action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Production Planning Support\n<ul>\n<li>Support the planning process by providing real-time finished goods stock\u00a0 information.<\/li>\n<li>Link finished goods inventory data with production planning to optimize run schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the production team regarding material availability to prevent downtime.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in production scheduling by providing insights based on current stock levels and pending orders.<\/li>\n<li>Provide stock analysis to help balance inventory levels with customer demand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Quality &amp; Compliance\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all data integrity standards and company policies regarding information management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping systems that meet audit requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Support quality initiatives and corrective actions by providing accurate data and traceability.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards within the office and warehouse environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Reporting &amp;
