The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) is an independent Kenyan regulatory agency established in 2011 to conduct, supervise, and manage elections and referenda. It is responsible for voter registration, boundary delimitation, candidate regulation, and voter education.<\/p>\n

Voter Registration Clerk<\/strong><\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Operate biometric registration kits (KIEMS\/VIU tablets).<\/li>\n
  • Verify eligibility of applicants as per electoral laws.<\/li>\n
  • Guide applicants on voter registration requirements and procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Assist applicants in filling registration forms accurately.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure safe custody of registration equipment, materials and Data.<\/li>\n
  • Report and transmit voter registration data daily to Registration Officers.<\/li>\n
  • Uphold IEBC\u2019s code of conduct, data protection and confidentiality.<\/li>\n
  • Respond to voter inquiries and support voter verification and inspection exercises.<\/li>\n
  • Provide courteous and inclusive service to all, including persons with disabilities and vulnerable groups.<\/li>\n
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Job Requirements<\/h2>\n

    Minimum Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Be a Kenyan citizen aged 19 years and above.<\/li>\n
    • Hold a minimum KCSE C- (minus) or its equivalent.<\/li>\n
    • Possess computer literacy and ICT skills;<\/li>\n
    • Diploma in ICT, Statistics, Education, Business Administration, or related field will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n
