What You Will Do<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Process and validate customer orders across omni\u2011channel platforms (phone, email...).<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and Planning to ensure fast and accurate deliveries.<\/li>\n
  • Track orders proactively and communicate updates to customers.<\/li>\n
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.<\/li>\n
  • Identify cross\u2011sell and upsell opportunities and share insights with Sales.<\/li>\n
  • Support Voice of Customer (VoC) programs and help improve NPS scores.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.<\/li>\n
  • Use data dashboards and KPIs to support service improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What You Bring<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.<\/li>\n
    • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role in FMCG or related industries.<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and relationship\u2011building skills.<\/li>\n
    • Tech\u2011savvy with experience using MS Office, ERP or customer service systems.<\/li>\n
    • Analytical thinker with a problem\u2011solving mindset.<\/li>\n
