Qualification<\/h4>\n

MUST HAVE<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0Community Health\u00a0<\/strong>from a recognized institution.<\/li>\n
  2. A minimum of\u00a02 years' experience<\/strong>\u00a0in health training in a similar institution.<\/li>\n
  3. Knowledge of the\u00a0TVET Act 2013<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0CBET curriculum<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Valid\u00a0Technical Trainer Registration by TVETA.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Duties and responsibilities<\/h4>\n

    Key responsibilities also include<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Plan, prepare and teach the units assigned, as outlined in the course outline in line with the course curriculum.<\/li>\n
    2. Development of learning materials, timely preparation and submission of professional records and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.<\/li>\n
    3. Plan, develop and deliver appropriate learning plans for individual students.<\/li>\n
    4. Assess students work and monitor their achievement<\/li>\n
    5. Take part in the Course review process and adapt delivery patterns to meet student needs<\/li>\n
    6. Examining and marking of Trainees\u2019 Assessment Tests (C.A.Ts and end of term assessments) and timely uploading of marks in the MIS of the units assigned<\/li>\n
    7. Carry out Practical instructions for trainees and maintaining their portfolios of evidence<\/li>\n
    8. Supervising students during assessments<\/li>\n
    9. Contributing to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum<\/li>\n
    10. Participation in departmental meetings<\/li>\n
    11.
