Qualification<\/h4>\n

Qualifications Required Education, Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Possession of a valid Goethe Institute certification, with at least a B2 level proficiency in German.<\/li>\n
  2. 1-year experience in teaching German Language.<\/li>\n
  3. Strong communication, intercultural, and instructional design skills<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Duties and responsibilities;<\/h4>\n

    Key responsibilities also include<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Plan, prepare and teach the units assigned, as outlined in the course outline in line with the course curriculum.<\/li>\n
    2. Development of learning materials, timely preparation and submission of professional records and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.<\/li>\n
    3. Plan, develop and deliver appropriate learning plans for individual students.<\/li>\n
    4. Assess students work and monitor their achievement<\/li>\n
    5. Take part in the Course review process and adapt delivery patterns to meet student needs<\/li>\n
    6. Examining and marking of Trainees\u2019 Assessment Tests (C.A.Ts ) and end of term assessments) and timely uploading of marks in the MIS of the units assigned<\/li>\n
    7. Carry out Practical instructions for trainees and maintaining their portfolios of evidence<\/li>\n
    8. Supervising students during assessments<\/li>\n
    9. Contributing to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum<\/li>\n
    10. Participation in departmental meetings<\/li>\n
    11.
