This role is ideal for someone who is commercially aware, enjoys sourcing talent, and is motivated by performance metrics and placement success.<\/p>\n<p>This is not a passive HR role \u2014 it is a results-focused recruitment position.<\/p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<p><b>Talent Sourcing &amp; Headhunting<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, ATS databases, and Boolean search techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct strategic headhunting for mid-level and specialized roles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Screening &amp; Shortlisting<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct phone interviews and competency-based assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate candidates against client briefs and prepare high-quality shortlists.<\/li>\n<li>Draft professional candidate summaries for client presentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Client &amp; Process Coordination<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate interviews efficiently and follow up consistently.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong communication with candidates to reduce drop-offs.<\/li>\n<li>Support delivery of roles within tight turnaround timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Performance &amp; Reporting<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets.<\/li>\n<li>Track sourcing metrics, shortlist ratios, and placement outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<p><b>Academic Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency experience preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Experience using ATS systems, LinkedIn sourcing, and candidate databases is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills &amp;
