This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects, directly contributing to revenue growth.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We are seeking ambitious early-career sales professionals with foundational sales exposure who understand modern prospecting strategies, and thrive in a performance-driven environment. Success in this role requires energy, resilience, discipline, and exceptional professionalism in client interactions. High-volume outbound outreach. Particularly cold calling within the competitive cloud and SaaS landscape will be a core responsibility. The phone is your primary growth tool.<\/p>\n<p>This is a structured\u00a0<strong>Trainee Program \u2014 not an internship<\/strong>.\u00a0It is intentionally designed to identify, train, evaluate, and fast-track high-potential, results-driven individuals into full-time Sales Development Representative roles at CloudPlexo, with clear progression into advanced sales positions.<\/p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Pipeline Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Execute high-volume cold calling and targeted outbound prospecting daily to identify, qualify, and engage key decision-makers globally.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Strategically utilize email campaigns and social selling to penetrate target accounts and secure initial discovery meetings.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Relentlessly qualify both inbound and outbound leads to ensure that every opportunity passed to the Account Executives is a high-potential, sales-ready lead. (Consider Wording- Exactly what we want)<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0Identify and research target accounts within defined industries and segments.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, events).<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Maintain consistent pipeline-building activity aligned with revenue targets.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities to sales team.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Meet and exceed KPIs including: Meetings booked, Qualified opportunities created, Pipeline contribution, Activity metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Client Engagement &amp; Professionalism:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and executive presence in all client interactions, serving as the first impression of CloudPlexo.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Clearly and persuasively articulate the value proposition of CloudPlexo's\u00a0entire suite of offerings, including GenAI Solutions, Cybersecurity, Managed SaaS, AWS Billing Optimization, Large-Scale Migrations ,and more.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Schedule and confirm initial meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Performance and Data Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Meticulously track all sales activities and prospect data within the CRM to ensure an accurate view of the pipeline's health.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and qualification targets.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Actively participate in sales strategy sessions and provide candid feedback to optimize outreach methods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Required Experience: 0-1 years of professional experience in a sales, customer service, or high-volume communications role.
