In just 10 years, we\u2019ve grown to a team of 50+ people from nearly 20 nationalities, headquartered in Madrid, with regional offices in Guatemala City and Nairobi.<\/p>\n<h4>JOB MISSION<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Conecta Africa<\/strong>\u00a0is a multi-country entrepreneurship initiative designed to strengthen entrepreneurship ecosystems across Africa through structured\u00a0<strong>incubation programs, ESO capacity building, and ecosystem activation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In Kenya, Conecta Africa works with local ESOs in Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa, Nigeria, and Morocco; mentors, ecosystem actors, and entrepreneurs in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Structured incubation programs<\/li>\n<li>Local ecosystem partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Data-driven program management<\/li>\n<li>Technology-enabled dashboards<\/li>\n<li>Community-based engagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our mission in Africa is clear: To accelerate inclusive entrepreneurship by building strong local ecosystems, enabling high-quality incubation experiences, and driving measurable venture growth outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a\u00a0<strong>Program Management Associate<\/strong>\u00a0to assist the\u00a0<strong>Senior Program Manager\u00a0<\/strong>in delivering programs in the countries named above.<\/p>\n<h4>ROLES &amp; CONTRIBUTIONS<\/h4>\n<p><strong>1. Incubation Program Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the Africa Program Manager to coordinate all incubation activities.<\/li>\n<li>Track timelines, cohort calendars, and milestone completion.<\/li>\n<li>Support onboarding, kickoff, and closing activities for incubation cycles.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with Conecta SOP\u00a0 standards and shared product guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Support tracking of incubation KPIs (completion rate, engagement, mentor matching, venture progress).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0Entrepreneur &amp; Mentor Engagement\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the Africa Program Manager to coordinate all incubation activities.<\/li>\n<li>Support recruitment efforts for entrepreneurs and mentors.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in participant selection processes with ESOs and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate matching processes between entrepreneurs and mentors.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor engagement levels and flag early signs of disengagement.<\/li>\n<li>Support follow-up with inactive participants to reduce drop-off.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Operational Excellence &amp; Dashboard Tracking\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in maintaining clean and updated program dashboards.<\/li>\n<li>Support weekly KPI tracking and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Track deviations in timelines and escalate when thresholds are exceeded.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain structured documentation across Notion, Drive, and internal tools.<\/li>\n<li>Support troubleshooting during early-stage program delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4.\u00a0ESO &amp; Ecosystem Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in follow-ups with local Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs).<\/li>\n<li>Support coordination of ecosystem events and activation activities.<\/li>\n<li>Help identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and ecosystem strengthening.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized records of local partner interactions and ecosystem mapping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5.\u00a0Reporting &amp; Documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support preparation of program reports and donor-facing documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Compile data and insights for internal performance reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Take minutes during key meetings and maintain structured communication logs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure documentation mirrors financial and operational reporting standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED<\/h4>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a\u00a0Program Management\u00a0Associate\u00a0to assist in support tasks for the deployment of a portfolio of entrepreneurship programs, with demonstrative organisational and communication skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hard Skills and soft we look for in this particular role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Languages:\u00a0 Advanced\u00a0 level of English and working proficiency\u00a0in French.<\/li>\n<li>With some experience working with entrepreneurship programs or in the fields of social innovation, eco-entrepreneurship development organization departments, or environment-related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Great communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>At ease with tech tools such as Notion, Slack, and Google Drive, or eager to learn and adapt quickly. Good grasp of spreadsheets.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and coordination skills: You will have a lot of different types of responsibilities, so it is essential to be able to stay organized.
