We\u2019re hiring a Learning and Development Intern!<\/p>\n<p>If you're ready to grow your career in Talent, Learning &amp; Development and make a real impact, we\u2019d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n<h4>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Scheduling training sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate information about training events in a timely and professional manner to ensure the business is kept up to date with learning and development activities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in ensuring the training material is up to date<\/li>\n<li>Keeping track of employees\u2019 training records and maintaining the Learning &amp; Development Matrix.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in conducting Training Evaluations before and after to determine the effectiveness of all development programs.<\/li>\n<li>Play an active role in supporting the analysis, action planning and monitoring of the Employee Engagement survey.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the development of specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified in the Employee Engagement Survey through the focus groups.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in identifying needs by working with the relevant leaders and TOTs within Java House &amp; deliver learning solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate data on all development initiatives (PDP data, TNA Documents, Training Schedules, Training calendars, Attendance data).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in promoting positive employee relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect and fun.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to date with developments in Learning &amp; Development by reading relevant resources, going to meetings and attending relevant courses, as well as building relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in delivering Training as and when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administration<\/li>\n<li>Talent Management (PDP management)<\/li>\n<li>Employee Engagement (Ensure focus groups and feedback are running smoothly)<\/li>\n<li>Staff Induction\/Onboarding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Key Result Areas\/ Key Performance Indicators<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Performance Indicators\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Talent Management (PDP management)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordination of Personal Development Plan review meetings to capture the gaps<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the Development and implementation of learning interventions (in-house or external)<\/li>\n<li>Plan and ensure the execution of the annual talent review exercise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Staff Induction\/ Onboarding<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in onboarding new staff when required to.<\/li>\n<li>Effective follow up of probation (30, 60, 90) as per due dates<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy of information in the L&amp;D systems for new joiners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Drive Employee Engagement activities that will foster high performance and leads the organization in meeting its goals<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in conducting Awareness sessions to clarify the Java purpose, Vision, Mission &amp; Values to inspire and engage the workforce<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the development &amp; implementation of action plans by respective departments<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate employee communication on focus groups.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in culture change activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>University\/College degree in a related discipline is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Highly responsible &amp;
