We are seeking 10 dynamic and customer-focused interns to join our Customer Experience \/ Public Relations & Communications teams for a 3-month internship program. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking practical experience in customer engagement, communication, and brand relations within a professional work environment.<\/p>\n

Your Role<\/h4>\n

The job holder is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound telephone engagements with prospective and existing clients. The role focuses on promoting the company\u2019s products and services, nurturing leads, closing sales and maintaining strong customer relationships to support the company\u2019s revenue growth objectives. This role ensures effective customer engagement, accurate recording of sales activities and ensuring adherence to company sales policies and procedures while supporting the organization\u2019s property sales pipeline and revenue targets. This role involves:<\/p>\n

  • Lead generation and qualification by contacting prospective clients, introducing company property projects and assessing their interest and readiness to invest<\/li>\n
  • Sales conversion and revenue generation through presenting property investment opportunities, handling objections, and closing sales or facilitating sales closures through the sales and marketing teams<\/li>\n
  • Customer relationship management by maintaining consistent communication with prospects and clients to nurture leads and encourage repeat investments and referrals and guiding the customers through the sales process<\/li>\n
  • Sales reporting and CRM management through maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and lead progress within the CRM system<\/li>\n
  • Coordination with internal teams including sales and marketing teams to support marketing campaigns, schedule site visits and enhance the customer sales experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Academic & Job Qualifications<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Bachelors degree in Customer Service, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
    • Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.<\/li>\n
    • Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and email communication.<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
