Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

We\u2019re looking for\u00a0motivated and articulate interns\u00a0who are eager to begin their careers in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll receive practical exposure in customer communication, data handling, and global client support while developing essential call center and professional service skills.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

  • Handle mock and live inbound\/outbound customer interactions under supervision.<\/li>\n
  • Learn to use call center and CRM tools<\/li>\n
  • Support client projects by collecting data, logging calls, and documenting feedback.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in training sessions on communication, customer service, and BPO fundamentals.<\/li>\n
  • Assist BPO Associates in day-to-day client delivery and reporting tasks.<\/li>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n

    • Diploma or degree in Business, Communication, Customer Service, or related field.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication.<\/li>\n
    • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.<\/li>\n
    • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced professional setting.<\/li>\n
    • Availability for\u00a0full-time internship (3\u20136 months)\u00a0at our Nairobi office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Prior exposure to call center, telemarketing, or customer support roles (even academic projects).<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with CRM or virtual communication tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
