Data Analyst - Graduate Trainee<\/strong><\/p>\n

Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

Flamingo Horticulture Kenya Limited is seeking a recent graduate with a passion for data analysis and business intelligence to support data-driven decision making across the organisation. The role will involve collecting, analysing and presenting data from multiple departments to provide insights that support operational and strategic decisions.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Collect and consolidate data from departments including Production, Packhouse, Logistics, Finance, Sales and People Operations.<\/li>\n
  • Analyse operational and business data to identify trends and performance insights.<\/li>\n
  • Develop clear reports, dashboards and visualisations for management.<\/li>\n
  • Present findings in a simple and understandable way to non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Support the monitoring of key metrics such as production volumes, rejection rates customer demand patterns and workforce trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • Must have graduated within the last two years.<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Tools<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Power BI experience preferred (training may be provided).<\/li>\n
