The Kenya School of Technical, Vocational, Education and Training (KSTVET) is a State Corporation under the Ministry of Education, State Department for Technical, Vocational, Education and Training.<\/p>\n

The KSTVET Council seeks to fill the following vacant positions:<\/p>\n

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT OFFICER II
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>GRADE J. (CSG 11) ONE (1) POST;<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:-<\/p>\n

(i) Analyzing supply chain management data;
\n(ii) Implementing and enforcing regulations and policies on supply chain management;
\n(iii) Verifying stores;
\n(iv) Coordinating receipt of goods and services from suppliers and issuance of the same to the consumers:
\n(v) Providing support in stock taking exercise:
\n(vi) Preparing stocks reconciliations; and
\n(vii) Providing input in the preparation of procurement plans.<\/p>\n

Job Specifications<\/h4>\n

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-<\/p>\n

(i) Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Purchasing and Supplies Management. Procurement and Supplies Management, Procurement, Commerce (Supplies Management Option) Business Administration (Supplies Management option), or an equivalent qualification from a recognized and accredited institution; and

    3. Clearance Certificate from Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)<\/li>\r\n\t
    4. Clearance from Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)<\/li>\r\n\t
    5. Clearance Certificate from a Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) V.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
