AAR Health Care (Kenya) Limited is a prominent provider of outpatient healthcare services in East Africa with 28 outpatient centres and a growing emergency rescue unit. HR GRADUATE TRAINEE - NAIROBI (RE-ADVERTISEMENT)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Overall Purpose of the Job:<\/strong>
\nReporting to the HR Business Partner, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the Human Resource department, ensuring smooth HR operations and efficient handling of HR processes.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interviews and psychometric assessments<\/li>\n
  • Manage general filing and documentation for the HR department<\/li>\n
  • Oversee HR Management Information System (HRMIS) data entry and updates<\/li>\n
  • Handle routine HR correspondence and communications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Position requirements:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management<\/li>\n
    • CHRP Foundation level certification (an added advantage)<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    • High level of confidentiality and professionalism<\/li>\n
    • Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail<\/li>\n
