The Capital Markets Authority is offering a one-year internship for an Intern \u2013 Human Resource & Management. You\u2019ll be instrumental in administering HR processes, supporting staff development, and contributing to an efficient capital market.<\/p>\n

The Capital Markets Authority is a statutory agency charged with the responsibility of regulating and developing an efficient capital market in Kenya. The Authority invites applications for the following position:<\/p>\n

INTERN-HUMAN RESOURCE & MANAGEMENT - 1 POSITION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Internship Period<\/strong>: 1 year (non-renewable)<\/p>\n

Your Role<\/h4>\n

Reporting to the Deputy Director Human Resource and Administration, the selected candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Administering leave management processes, including tracking balances and providing reports;<\/li>\n
  2. Preparation of employment contracts;<\/li>\n
  3. Assisting in the coordination and management of internship programmes in line with the stipulated guidelines and policies;<\/li>\n
  4. Coordinating training logistics including budgeting, travel, documentation, and related administrative support; and<\/li>\n
  5. Maintaining staff training records, reports, and evaluation feedback to inform continuous improvement in training programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience<\/h4>\n

    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Relations or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.<\/p>\n

    Key skills, Knowledge & Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n

    a) Professional and personal integrity;
    \nb) Communication and interpersonal skills;
    \nc) Report writing skills; and,
