Submit your application to join our growing team.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Hazina Sacco Society are a fast-growing National SACCO with a country-wide membership from Government Ministries and Parastatals, private organizations and individuals.<\/p>\n<p>Hazina Sacco Society wishes to recruit for the following positions: -<\/p>\n<p><strong>CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT-1 POST<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Minimum Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations \/ Communications or Business Management<\/li>\n<li>Two (2) years experience in a busy organization<\/li>\n<li>Basic accounting knowledge and experience in digital \/ social media marketing is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Duties &amp; responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementing the Society's Customer Service Charter.<\/li>\n<li>Offer the voice of the customer to guide in marketing strategy, product improvement and member interaction improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing and implementing member Retention Strategies that run throughout the year<\/li>\n<li>Provide formal advisory perspectives to ensure the organization is customer centric.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure an orderly and organized front office<\/li>\n<li>Handle telephone operating duties<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback to the organization on all customer concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prompt dispatch of documents received at the reception to other departments for action.<\/li>\n<li>Handle the customer complaints &amp;
