\niii. Installing, updating and configuring operating and application software;
\niv. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving network, software and hardware issues;
\nv. Providing ICT end user support;
\nvi. Repairing and maintaining ICT equipment and associated peripherals;
\nvii. Monitoring the performance of ICT equipment;
\nviii. Undertaking basic ICT skilling; and
