Moringa School is a premier advanced immersive program, training exceptional full-stack\/mobile Software Engineers and Data Scientists. Students train 10+ hours a day, 5 days a week, through 20 weeks in a curriculum focused on computer science & data fundamentals, frontend skills, and Python\/Django or Java\/Android.<\/p>\n

Moringa School is seeking an Events & Outreach Intern to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events and outreach campaigns that drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation for Moringa School.<\/p>\n

Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events and outreach campaigns that drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation for Moringa School. The Events & Outreach Intern plays a key role in bringing marketing activations to life from planning and logistics to on-the-ground execution, ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives that create awareness and convert target audiences into qualified leads.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

Functional:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Support planning and execution of events and outreach campaigns that drive leads, brand awareness, and community engagement<\/li>\n
  • Execute outreach activations across high schools, universities, and strategic community partners to grow Moringa School\u2019s visibility<\/li>\n
  • Assist in researching and developing event and outreach strategies to strengthen brand presence in target markets<\/li>\n
  • Assist in managing the campus ambassadors program, including communication, scheduling, performance tracking, and monitoring activities against set objectives and budgets<\/li>\n
  • Track, manage, and ensure the availability of marketing collateral and branding materials required for events and outreach activities<\/li>\n
  • Gather feedback, insights, and learnings from outreach activities to improve future campaigns<\/li>\n
  • Prepare monthly reports on events and outreach performance, including key metrics and outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      About You<\/h4>\n

      Required (Education and Experience):<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field<\/li>\n
      • At least 1 year of experience in events management, community outreach, sales, or marketing<\/li>\n
      • Experience in community management and engagement<\/li>\n
      • Experience working within the tech ecosystem, developer communities, or educational institutions is highly preferred<\/li>\n
      • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets<\/li>\n
      • Demonstrated success in executing events, outreach, or community engagement initiatives<\/li>\n
      • Passion for building and empowering tech communities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
