Konoin Technical Training Institute wishes to advertise for the following vacancies under Board of Governors.<\/p>\n

STORES ASSISTANT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Receive, inspect and record incoming goods and materials.<\/li>\n
  2. Issue tools, equipment and supplies to authorized staff and departments.<\/li>\n
  3. Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly.<\/li>\n
  4. Ensure proper storage, arrangement and safety of items in the store.<\/li>\n
  5. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.<\/li>\n
  6. Assist in stock taking and preparation of inventory reports.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Minimum Requirements<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Procurement from a recognized institution.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum KCSE Mean Grade: C- (minus).<\/li>\n
    • At least 2 years relevant experience.<\/li>\n
    • Computer literate (knowledge of inventory systems is an added advantage).<\/li>\n
    • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.<\/li>\n
