It is to give the Intern an opportunity to see how principles and practices learned in their educational institutions are applied in actual work setting. Under general supervision, the Intern performs work as assigned by the department<\/p>\n<h4 data-bind=\"i18n: 'job-details.job-responsibilities-title'\">Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Recruitment activities, include job posting, interview scheduling and candidate communication.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support in onboarding and offboarding processes<\/li>\n<li>Support time and absence administration<\/li>\n<li>Support training coordindation and employee engagement activities<\/li>\n<li>Handle HR inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Will assist in compliance matters within\u00a0 the area<\/li>\n<li>Support in employee wellness initiatives and surveys<\/li>\n<li>Support preparation of training materials<\/li>\n<li>Participate in HR process improvement process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-bind=\"i18n: 'job-details.job-qualifications-title'\">Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Must be worthy of a Temple Recommend <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree\/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or business-related field.<\/li>\n<li>High level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism<\/li>\n<li>Profeciency in Microsoft office<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and adapt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To meet the needs of the Church, we seek to build teams that represent the diverse perspectives, broad life experiences and backgrounds of our global Church membership.
