The college is seeking to recruit competent and qualified persons to fill the following positions of Trainers:<\/p>\n<h4>GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertaking training in areas of specialization in accordance with the syllabus.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing professional training documents.<\/li>\n<li>Setting, moderating, administer and marking examinations\/assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out research work under the guidance and supervision of a senior trainer.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising trainees' projects and practical work.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and counseling to trainees.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain good order and discipline among trainees under your care.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in development and review of curricula.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in development of training manuals.<\/li>\n<li>Setting, moderating and marking examinations.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in annual performance appraisals.<\/li>\n<li>Performing any other duty as maybe assigned by your supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\n<h4>SJTTID\/BOG\/2026\/01- ENTERPRENEURSHIP TRAINER (ONE POST)<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's Degree\/Higher National Diploma in Entrepreneurship or equivalent from recognized institution.<\/li>\n<li>Be licensed by TVET Authority or meet the requirement for licensing by TVETA.<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least two years of experience in a learning Institution.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Competency Based Education and Training (CBET).<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a valid Certificate of good conduct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>SJTTID\/BOG\/2026\/04 -
