Somo focuses on vulnerable women and youth from low-income communities, to stimulate economic growth, create job opportunities, and encourage social innovation within communities.<\/p>\n<p>Are you a master of multitasking who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment? We are looking for an Administrator to be the heartbeat of our facility.<\/p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Support daily operations, coordinating production activities, materials flow, and logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clean, organized workspaces and ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.<\/li>\n<li>Handle entrepreneur inquiries with timely routing or responses.<\/li>\n<li>Manage production supplies, inventory, and consumables tracking<\/li>\n<li>Assist in receiving, documenting, and coordinating incoming and outgoing product orders.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule\/prepare workspaces and meetings; coordinate deliveries, dispatch, and facility logistics; keep accurate records, registers, and filing systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, supply chain, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years' experience in operations, admin, production support, or customer service; manufacturing, production, and fast-paced environment experience is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; good customer service and communication (handling entrepreneurs\/clients); basic inventory, logistics, and production flow knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using ERP\/procurement systems (e.g., Odoo) is required.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.<\/li>\n<li>Close attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work under minimal supervision in dynamic settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role isn't just about paperwork, it\u2019s about ensuring our production flows, our entrepreneurs are supported, and our operations are world-class.
