We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and motivated\u00a0Graduate Trainee \u2013 Human Resource<\/strong>\u00a0to join our Human Resources Department. This structured one-year Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip recent graduates with practical exposure across key HR functions, with primary focus on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.<\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reporting to the Group Talent Manager, the Graduate Trainee \u2013 Human Resource will support execution of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training coordination, HR analytics, and HR systems administration. The program aims to develop well-rounded HR professionals capable of supporting business growth and operational excellence.<\/p>\n

Key Duties & Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

a) Recruitment & Onboarding<\/strong>
Support hiring processes, candidate coordination, interviews, and employee induction activities.<\/p>\n

b) Learning & Development<\/strong>
Assist in preparation and coordination of training programs, workshops, and Training Needs Analysis data consolidation.<\/p>\n

c) Employee Relations & Engagement<\/strong>
Support implementation of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives while escalating complex issues appropriately.<\/p>\n

d) Performance Management<\/strong>
Assist in performance appraisal processes, reporting, and career development support activities.<\/p>\n

e) HRIS & HR Analytics<\/strong>
Support HR data entry, reporting, and analysis to enhance decision-making and maintain system accuracy.<\/p>\n

f) HR Projects & Administration<\/strong>
Participate in cross-functional HR projects and provide administrative support across HR functions.<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.<\/li>\n
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n
  • Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
