Estate Gardener<\/strong><\/p>\n

LOCATION<\/strong>;\u00a0 Pinebrook Premier Villas Estate, Kitengela<\/p>\n

The Estate Gardener is responsible for maintaining and enhancing all landscaped areas within the estate to ensure a clean, attractive, and well-kept environment. The role involves routine garden care, monitoring plant health, and supporting landscaping activities in line with estate standards and safety guidelines.<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Maintain estate gardens, lawns, flowers, trees, and hedges to a high standard.<\/li>\n
  • Water plants, mow lawns, trim hedges, and weed garden areas regularly.<\/li>\n
  • Plant flowers, grass, shrubs, and trees as required.<\/li>\n
  • Maintaining waste water treatment plants<\/li>\n
  • Cleaning cabros in the driveways<\/li>\n
  • Apply fertilizers, manure, and pesticides safely and as instructed.<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring sewer pipes and manholes<\/li>\n
  • Keep garden tools, equipment, and work areas clean and well maintained.<\/li>\n
  • Identify and report plant diseases, pests, or irrigation issues.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in landscaping and beautification projects within the estate.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper appearance of all green areas.<\/li>\n
  • Follow safety guidelines and estate rules at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u00a0Qualifications & Experience<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Minimum 1 year of professional gardening or landscaping experience.<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and gardening techniques.<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in planting, pruning, weeding, and equipment operation.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of fertilizers and their appropriate application.<\/li>\n
    • Physically fit, capable of lifting and sustained outdoor work.<\/li>\n
    • Attention to detail for visually appealing landscapes.<\/li>\n
    • Team player with good communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Punctual, reliable, and flexible with work hours.<\/li>\n
    • Must be available to work within\u00a0Kitengela area.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      REMUNERATION<\/h4>\n

      Daily Wage:<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0KES 700 per day<\/p>\n
