The Tribe Senti Internship program is a transformative, hands-on initiative by Geminia Life Insurance designed to equip young graduates in Kenya with career skills, professional networking, and financial management expertise.<\/p>\n

1. Customer Experience Intern<\/h4>\n

Overview:<\/b>\u00a0Enhance customer satisfaction and build client relationships in a service-driven role.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/b>
\n<\/b><\/p>\n

  • A degree in the following fields: Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or any other related degree with relevant experience.<\/li>\n
  • Must have graduated in the past five years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Underwriting Intern<\/h4>\n

    Overview:<\/b>\u00a0Supports the underwriting team in assessing risks, reviewing client information, and processing insurance applications.<\/p>\n

    • A degree in the following fields: Insurance, Actuarial Science, Financial Engineering, or any other related degree with relevant experience.<\/li>\n
    • Must have graduated in the past five years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Agency Servicing Intern<\/h4>\n

      Overview:<\/b>\u00a0Supports the Business Development team by assisting in policy administration, client support, documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day servicing operations.<\/p>\n

      Qualifications:<\/b>
      \n<\/b><\/p>\n

      • A degree in the following fields: Insurance, Actuarial Science, or any other business related degree.<\/li>\n
      • Must have graduated in the past five years.<\/li>\n
