The National Council for Children's Services (NCCS) is established under section 41 of the Children Act, 2022 Cap 141, mandated to regulate, coordinate and oversight children's services in Kenya and advise the Government on all matters thereof.<\/p>\n

The Council seeks to recruit qualified and competent staff to fill the following vacant positions.<\/p>\n

POSITION<\/strong>: OFFICE ASSISTANT III<\/p>\n

POST<\/strong>: ONE (1)<\/p>\n

TERMS OF SERVICE<\/strong>: PERMANENT AND PENSIONABLE<\/p>\n

This is the entry level and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level works under the supervision of a senior officer.<\/p>\n

Duties and responsibilities<\/h4>\n

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: -<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Ensuring general office cleanliness;<\/li>\n
  2. Collecting and dispatching mails;<\/li>\n
  3. Preparing and serving beverages;<\/li>\n
  4. Requisition of office general supplies<\/li>\n
  5. Operating basic office equipment;<\/li>\n
  6. Ensuring safe custody of the office facilities; and<\/li>\n
  7. At least a mean grade D (plain) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education or its equivalent from a recognized institution; and<\/li>\n
  8. Proficiency in computer applications<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
