Job Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Undertake teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels.<\/li>\n
  2. Lead and manage teams in conducting research individually or collaboratively.<\/li>\n
  3. Disseminate research findings through publishing peer reviewed outputs and national and international learned conferences.<\/li>\n
  4. Supervise, advice and mentor postgraduate students and their research.<\/li>\n
  5. Write proposals for research and development funding.<\/li>\n
  6. Significantly contribute to the development of academic policies. Lead and coordinate research activities in their subject areas.<\/li>\n
  7. Develop collaborative links and research partnerships with other researchers and institutions within and outside the university.<\/li>\n
  8. Participate in curriculum development and review.<\/li>\n
  9. Guide and mentor early-stage researchers in their training, skills acquisition and career development in their specialization.<\/li>\n
  10. Examination preparation, administration and management.<\/li>\n
  11. Participate in administration and management of departmental programmes and activities.<\/li>\n
  12. Undertake community outreach activities.<\/li>\n
  13. Where appropriate provide leadership in the department or school.<\/li>\n
  14. Participate in the development and review of academic programmes.<\/li>\n
  15. Attending and participating in research conferences and seminars.<\/li>\n
  16. Perform any other related duty assigned from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Minimum requirements:-<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. Evidence of registration of PhD;<\/li>\n
    2. An earned Master's Degree and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited and recognized University;<\/li>\n
    3. At least eight (8) equivalent publication points from credible refereed journal articles;<\/li>\n
    4. Be registered with relevant professional body where applicable and in good standing;<\/li>\n
    5. Evidence of Community Outreach\/Engagement; and<\/li>\n
    6. Relevant knowledge, skills and competencies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Tenure of Service<\/strong><\/p>\n
