Product Development & Service Design Internship\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Own and track the product development cycle from concept creation, development, pre-launch, and post-launch activities<\/li>\n
  2. Conduct user research and identify innovation opportunities and trends in the industry, proposing findings to stakeholders for product enhancements<\/li>\n
  3. Understand user needs, create personas, and map out the stages of their journey; design service blueprints that reflect real-world workflows<\/li>\n
  4. Collect and track client issues and pain points, collaborating with internal teams to ensure they are resolved and closed<\/li>\n
  5. Provide support to client-facing teams for quick resolution of client queries, and engage with service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues<\/li>\n
  6. Document process requirements and conduct usability acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met<\/li>\n
  7. Review current product features and process flows, and recommend process enhancements<\/li>\n
  8. Research and propose strategies that would drive product uptake and performance across Vunoh\u2019s service verticals<\/li>\n
  9. Prepare periodic reports showing product uptake, potential growth areas, and proposed client base expansion opportunities<\/li>\n
  10. Perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. A grade of B+ and above in KCSE (or equivalent), with good grades in mathematics and languages<\/li>\n
    2. A bachelor\u2019s degree with a minimum of second-class honours; candidates expecting to complete their degree in the next few months are eligible, provided they will be available for the full internship duration<\/li>\n
    3. Demonstrated interest in technology, digital products, or financial services, and a willingness to explore the intersection of technology and business<\/li>\n
    4. Ability to learn quickly and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment<\/li>\n
    5. Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines<\/li>\n
    6. A team player with a strong work ethic and proactive communication style<\/li>\n
    7. A desire to take initiative, ask questions, and suggest process improvements<\/li>\n
    8. Entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated creativity and innovation in academic or professional settings<\/li>\n
    9. Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools and how they can enhance product design, client experience, and service delivery<\/li>\n
    10. Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools, automation, and digital platforms to design smarter, more efficient cross-border services<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
