Travel & Events Internship<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking a proactive and highly dependable\u00a0Travel & Events Intern<\/strong>\u00a0to support our Travel Coordinator in managing the end-to-end coordination of business travel and event logistics. This is a high-pressure role that requires exceptional responsiveness, trustworthiness, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for staff and partners across multiple regions.<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Assist in booking domestic and international flights, accommodations, visas, ground transport, and other travel logistics.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, and travel arrangements for attendees.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and update travel itineraries, schedules, and related documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Respond to travel-related queries promptly and conduct timely follow-ups until closure.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain organised records of bookings, payments, and reports.<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, travel agents, and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Support in generating weekly\/monthly travel reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Experience<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Diploma in Tourism & Travel Management.<\/li>\n
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Good computer proficiency (MS Office Suite; travel or booking platforms a plus).<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.<\/li>\n
    • High level of integrity and trustworthiness \u2014 must handle company and employee sensitive travel data responsibly.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n
    • Strong time management and organisational skills.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.<\/li>\n
