We are the voice of vulnerable and marginalized women, girls, and other groups of different gender identities.<\/p>\n<p>We achieve this through our thematic areas on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Women's Health Rights and Well-being<\/li>\n<li>Women's Leadership and Governance<\/li>\n<li>Women Climate Action and Livelihoods Development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position Title<\/strong>: Volunteer Intern Project Coordinator - Women Climate Action and Livelihood Development<br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Hybrid\/Field-based with occasional travel<br \/>\n<strong>Duration<\/strong>: 3-6 Months (Renewable based on performance and organizational needs)<br \/>\n<strong>Commitment<\/strong>: Flexible but expected minimum of 20 hours per week<br \/>\n<strong>Nature of Position<\/strong>: Volunteer\/Unpaid Internship<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting To<\/strong>: Programs Associate<\/p>\n<p>FPRJC is seeking a passionate, committed, and highly organized <strong>Volunteer Intern Project Coordinator - Women Climate Action and Livelihood Development <\/strong>to support the planning, coordination, implementation, and documentation of projects under the Women Climate Action and Livelihood Development thematic area.<\/p>\n<p>The internship offers an opportunity for young feminists, climate advocates, development practitioners, and community organizers to gain hands-on experience in grassroots climate justice programming, women's empowerment initiatives, and sustainable livelihoods development.<\/p>\n<p>The Volunteer Intern Project Coordinator will support implementation of climate justice and livelihood projects aimed at empowering women, girls, and marginalized communities through sustainable, community-driven interventions. The intern will work closely with program department, community groups, and partners to coordinate activities, support field engagement, document project progress, and contribute to advocacy and learning processes.<\/p>\n<p>The position is ideal for individuals passionate about climate justice, gender equality, sustainable development, community empowerment, and feminist organizing.<\/p>\n<h4>OBJECTIVES<\/h4>\n<p>The Volunteer Intern Project Coordinator will:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Support implementation and coordination of Women Climate Action and Livelihood Development projects<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen community participation and engagement in climate justice initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Support documentation, monitoring, and reporting of project activities and outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to women-led sustainable livelihood initiatives and advocacy efforts<\/li>\n<li>Support coordination of trainings, dialogues, community forums, and awareness campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Promote feminist, inclusive, and community-centred approaches in project implementation<\/li>\n<li>Build practical experience in project coordination, grassroots organizing, and climate justice programming<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>SCOPE OF WORKS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h4>\n<p>The Volunteer Intern Project Coordinator will support the organization in the following areas:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Project Coordination and Implementation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support planning and coordination of project activities under the Women Climate Action and Livelihood Development program<\/li>\n<li>Assist in organizing trainings, workshops, community dialogues, forums, and outreach activities<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate communication with community groups, stakeholders, and beneficiaries<\/li>\n<li>Support implementation of climate resilience and sustainable livelihood activities<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on activity schedules, timelines, and implementation plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Community Engagement and Mobilization<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support mobilization and engagement of women, girls, and marginalized communities in project activities<\/li>\n<li>Assist in facilitating community participation and inclusive engagement processes<\/li>\n<li>Support awareness creation on climate justice, environmental sustainability, and women's empowerment<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen relationships with grassroots groups, youth groups, and community leaders<\/li>\n<li>Promote community-centred and survivor-informed approaches in engagement activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Monitoring, Documentation, and Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support collection of project data, success stories, testimonies, and field updates<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing activity reports, field notes, and monitoring documentation<\/li>\n<li>Support tracking of project indicators and outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Document lessons learned, challenges, and best practices from field activities<\/li>\n<li>Support development of case studies and impact stories for reporting and visibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Research and Advocacy Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in conducting basic research on climate justice, gender, livelihoods, and community development issues<\/li>\n<li>Support advocacy campaigns and awareness initiatives related to climate action and women's rights<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to development of advocacy materials and community information resources<\/li>\n<li>Support dissemination of project information and learning materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in coordination with local partners, community-based organizations, and stakeholders<br \/>\nupport relationship building with women-led groups and grassroots movements<\/li>\n<li>Participate in meetings, stakeholder forums, and coordination engagements where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Support networking and collaboration activities within the project area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6.
