CLERK OF WORKS<\/strong><\/p>\n

REPORTS TO <\/strong>Maintenance Manager<\/p>\n

OBJECTIVES:\u00a0<\/strong>Responsible for monitoring site activities, tracking work progress, and carrying out re-measurement of executed works.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • 1-3 years relevant experience on a similar role.<\/li>\n
  • BSc in Civil\/Structural Engineering (First Class Honours) from a reputable university.<\/li>\n
  • Hands-on experience in software for stress and strength of materials analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Self-driven with a proactive attitude.<\/li>\n
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.<\/li>\n
    • Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.<\/li>\n
    • Practical knowledge of site operations and construction processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      EXPERIENCE, ROLES & RELATIONSHIPS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Experience in site supervision & work execution.<\/li>\n
      • Good understanding of construction drawings & measurements.<\/li>\n
      • Accurate re-measurement & quantity recording skills.<\/li>\n
      • Strong organizational & communication skills.<\/li>\n
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & reporting.<\/li>\n
      • Able to work independently & follow up on site activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        KEY OUTPUTS \/ TASKS<\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Conduct re-measurement of executed works and maintain accurate records.<\/li>\n
        • Verify quantities completed for payment applications and valuation purposes.<\/li>\n
        • Assist in preparing site reports, progress updates, and measurement sheets.<\/li>\n
        • Maintain proper documentation of site measurements and executed works.<\/li>\n
        • Participate in site inspections and progress meetings when required.<\/li>\n
        • Check site works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.<\/li>\n
        • Assist in site inspections to verify workmanship and material quality.<\/li>\n
        • Report defects, non-conformities, and site issues.<\/li>\n
        • Support coordination with contractors and site engineers to resolve basic issues.<\/li>\n
        • Monitor daily site progress and report delays or concerns.<\/li>\n
        • Assist in ensuring basic HSE requirements are followed on site.<\/li>\n
        • Verify delivered materials against approved specifications.<\/li>\n
        • Assist in preparing measurement records for payment purposes.<\/li>\n
        • Maintain daily site records and progress updates.<\/li>\n
