We are seeking a motivated Data Entry clerk casuals to join our team on a casual basis. As a Data Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the digitization process of various media formats including documents, photographs. This role involves operating scanning equipment, organizing digitized files, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of digitized materials.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities.<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Sorting, scanning, indexing, and uploading documents into the system.<\/li>\n
  • Accurate data entry and verification of records.<\/li>\n
  • Ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of documents.<\/li>\n
  • Maintaining quality and productivity targets.<\/li>\n
  • Organize and maintain digitized files in accordance with company standards.<\/li>\n
  • Perform quality checks on digitized materials to identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • KCSE Certificate or equivalent qualification.<\/li>\n
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.<\/li>\n
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work under minimum supervision.<\/li>\n
    • Previous experience in data entry or digitization projects will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n
    • Good communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.<\/li>\n
