QUALITY ASSURANCE & TECHNICAL LEAD - ENTRY LEVEL<\/strong><\/p>\n

NW REALITE PROPERTY & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT | NAIROBI<\/strong><\/p>\n

NW Realite Limited seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Technical Lead to support Repairs & Maintenance activities across our properties. Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, you will assist with site inspections, vendor coordination, quality assurance, documentation, and project follow-through in a mentorship-driven environment.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Conduct site inspections and assist in preparing scopes of work and BoQs.<\/li>\n
  • Review vendor quotations, maintain records, and support vendor management.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor active sites to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.<\/li>\n
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and resolve minor site issues.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain reports, QA records, and compliance documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in process improvement and stay updated on industry practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Diploma in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field<\/li>\n
    • 0-2 years' experience in construction, maintenance, or facilities management<\/li>\n
    • Basic knowledge of BoQs, site supervision, and building codes<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
