Nairobi.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving\u202fcustomer acquisition through tele-sales, manage a large volume of both inbound and outbound\u00a0call\u00a0identifying\u00a0potential customers and their details on our CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Providing\u202fexcellent customer experience to all contacts (inbound and outbound) by providing\u00a0accurate\u00a0product information, responding to all queries by phone and email while upholding the\u00a0Qwetu\u00a0Brand.<\/li>\n<li>Engaging\u202fresidents to follow up on their queries on maintenance, tenancy and updating\u202fthe\u00a0helpdesk\u00a0to close all issues using\u00a0first time\u00a0resolution tactics.<\/li>\n<li>Following up with potential and current customers on bill payments, rent reminders and collections.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying\u00a0and\u00a0escalate\u00a0priority issues, routing\u202fcalls to\u00a0appropriate resource,\u00a0following up\u00a0customer calls where necessary, and documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Completing\u202fcall logs,\u00a0prepare\u00a0and\u00a0share\u00a0call\u00a0reports timely.<\/li>\n<li>Sharing\u202fany customer VOC for improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Channeling\u202fany customer pain points for resolution and keep customer informed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications<\/h4>\n<p>A graduate\u202fin any Kenyan university or college studying Tourism, Hospitality, International Relations or any business-related courses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Must have skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Positive with a high-energy attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient\u202fin Microsoft Office (especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-directed and able to work without
