The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations while gaining practical experience in recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and general HR administration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stipend<\/strong>: KES 15,000 per month<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Internship (6-12 Months)<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Support employee onboarding and induction processes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in attendance tracking and leave management.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Support payroll data collection and verification processes.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate staff training and development activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper filing and organization of employee documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR department.<\/li>\n<li>Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications and Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Recent graduate or currently awaiting graduation.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR practices will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and administrative abilities.<\/li>\n<li>High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Must be highly proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Must be based in or willing to work in
