ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS ASSOCIATE<\/strong>

Tier Data is looking for commercially curious and adaptable early-career professionals interested in solving real business problems through technology.<\/p>\n

This role sits at the intersection of business operations, technology, and commercial growth. You will work closely with organizations across multiple industries to understand operational challenges, identify inefficiencies, and support the positioning of solutions that improve visibility, control, efficiency, and scale.<\/p>\n

We are looking for individuals who can think critically, communicate professionally, learn quickly, and build trust with business stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

  • Build and manage prospect pipelines across target industries and accounts.<\/li>\n
  • Identify and engage organizations experiencing operational, process, or technology challenges.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client workflows, business challenges, operational gaps, and growth objectives.<\/li>\n
  • Position Tier Data solutions across software, automation, and managed technology services.<\/li>\n
  • Drive follow-ups, stakeholder engagement, proposal coordination, and commercial momentum across active opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct account and market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and commercial insights.<\/li>\n
  • Build professional relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, HR, procurement, IT, and executive leadership functions.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline visibility, meeting records, and opportunity tracking.<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with marketing, technical\/delivery, customer success, and leadership teams to progress opportunities and improve client engagement.<\/li>\n
  • Continuously build commercial, industry, and solution knowledge across Tier Data's products and enterprise technology landscape.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute ideas and market feedback to improve sales processes, messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, IT, Economics, Communications, or related fields.<\/li>\n
    • 0-2 years' experience in business development, customer success, operations, consulting, banking, SaaS, ICT, or client-facing roles is an added advantage.<\/li>\n
    • Prior exposure to B2B environments, technology, consulting, customer success, operations, finance, or solution-oriented roles is an added advantage.<\/li>\n
    • Experience is valuable, but learning agility, commercial potential, and attitude are more important to us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
